Shirley discovered yoga in her twenties and was immediately drawn to its power to calm the mind, strengthen the body, and cultivate inner connection. With over a decade of teaching experience and training in hot yoga, Yin, and injury modification, she brings both knowledge and heart to her classes.

Shirley believes yoga is for everyone and strives to create an inclusive, supportive space where students can explore safely and confidently. Her teaching is uplifting and encouraging, combining energy and warmth to help students feel motivated, centred, and deeply connected to their practice.
