Sarah began practising yoga in 2001 while training for the London Marathon, discovering how it strengthened her body and restored balance to her busy life. After completing her Bikram training in LA in 2004, she went on to teach Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin styles, sharing her deep understanding of alignment and injury prevention.

Having undergone knee surgeries herself, Sarah brings empathy and patience to her teaching, helping students work safely while building strength and confidence. Her classes are motivating, detailed, and inclusive, designed to leave students feeling supported, challenged, and rebalanced.
