Omae discovered yoga in her twenties, but it wasn’t until she stepped into a hot studio in 2007 that it became part of her daily life. At the time, she was working as a photographer and managing back pain — yoga provided both physical relief and emotional grounding. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2014 and has since taught in studios, schools, and private settings, expanding her training in sequencing, injuries, and restorative yoga.
Omae believes yoga is for everyone and strives to create a welcoming space where students of all ages and abilities can grow with confidence. Her classes are inclusive, empowering, and playful, inviting each person to explore what’s possible in body and mind.
