Diana began practising yoga and meditation in 2006, seeking balance during a demanding time in her life. What started as a personal refuge grew into a lifelong exploration of awareness and movement. She trained with Fierce Grace in 2017 and has since deepened her studies in alignment, anatomy, Yin, and injury prevention.
A dedicated Vipassana meditator, Diana’s teaching blends precision and mindfulness, helping students build strength while cultivating inner stillness. She also teaches in community projects across East London, using yoga as a tool for connection and wellbeing.
