His teachings draw from the principles of the Khametic Priesthood, incorporating breath, vibration, rhythm, and polarity to create balance and harmony within.

Through his own form of practice, Chi Ankh, he integrates movement, mindfulness, and meditation to help students reconnect with their life force and inner potential.
