What to Know Before Class

  • What to Expect

The Sculpt is a HIIT style weighted class. Expect sequences enhanced with weights to target strength and stability while keeping movement intentional. The heat adds intensity, helping muscles to lengthen and tone. If you’re new to heated workouts, allow yourself five to ten classes to fully acclimate.

  • Benefits

The Sculpt delivers more than just muscle. It refines alignment, deepens body awareness, and builds strength you can feel on and off the mat. The combination of heat, stretching, and resistance leaves you energised and reconnected to your body.

  • Who Should Sculpt

The Sculpt is for those ready to take their training up a notch. If you’re looking to build strength and stamina while also improving stability and endurance The Sculpt is for you. Expect strong and intentional movement designed to tone, strengthen and stabilise the core, leaving you feeling powerful both in the studio and in everyday life.

  • Why Heat

The studio is heated to a temperature ranging from 32–40°C, with humidity levels adjusted to mimic a warm, tropical environment. This heat helps muscles warm faster, supporting deeper and safer stretches. It increases circulation and opens the respiratory system, promoting deeper breathing while fuelling stamina and endurance. You’re guaranteed to sweat, which promotes detoxification, leaving you feeling lighter and clearer. The warm environment also encourages focus and stress release, helping you find mental clarity and presence on the mat.

  • Tips for Class

Arrive a few minutes early to settle into the heat and prepare your body. Bring water, a mat, and a towel, and make sure to hydrate well before and after class. The combination of heat and weights makes this a sweat-heavy practice. Choose lighter weights to begin with and focus on form before adding intensity. Listen to your body, and remember that mindful control is more important than speed.

Harness your power. Evolve with intention.
