Michelle first discovered hot yoga in 2011 while performing professionally on stage and found it to be the perfect balance of physical strength and mental calm. After exploring dance, pole fitness, and conditioning, she returned to yoga with a renewed sense of purpose, completing her 200-hour training in 2020. 

Michelle teaches with compassion and creativity, blending music, breathwork, and mindful sequencing to create an experience that’s both soothing and energising. She also leads free women’s community classes and one-to-one sessions, fostering confidence and connection in every student she works with.
