Nicola is a former music industry executive turned yoga and Pilates teacher, bringing warmth, humour, and a love of movement to everything she does. With training in functional mobility, pranayama, and wellness, her classes are strong yet accessible, encouraging students of all levels to find freedom in their bodies.
After experiencing a major stroke in 2022 and living with Crohn’s disease, Nicola teaches from deep personal experience. For her, yoga is therapy. Through her own yoga practice, and as a teacher, she helps people reconnect with their bodies & breath in a real and honest way. She leads retreats across the world and continues to study in India, constantly learning and evolving. Nicola’s teaching blends strength and softness, discipline and play, reminding students that yoga is as much about joy and presence as it is about movement.
