Sam has been practising yoga for over 17 years and credits it, along with Pilates, for transforming her life. After her very first class, she knew she’d found something special, a practice that connected mind, body, and soul. In 2007, she qualified as a Pilates instructor, building a strong foundation for a lifelong journey in health and wellbeing. Sam’s classes blend mindful movement with breath awareness, helping students cultivate balance, strength, and self-care. 

She believes empathy, kindness, and curiosity are essential to personal growth and finds deep joy in witnessing her students’ progress. For Sam, yoga isn’t just something you do. It’s a way of life.
