The heat intensifies each movement, helping muscles engage more deeply and recover more efficiently. If you’re new to heated workouts, allow yourself five to ten classes to fully acclimate.

    The studio is heated to a temperature ranging from 32–40°C, with humidity levels adjusted to mimic a warm, tropical environment. This heat helps muscles warm faster, supporting deeper and safer stretches. It increases circulation and opens the respiratory system, promoting deeper breathing while fuelling stamina and endurance. You’re guaranteed to sweat, which promotes detoxification, leaving you feeling lighter and clearer. The warm environment also encourages focus and stress release, helping you find mental clarity and presence on the mat.

  • Tips for Class

    Arrive a few minutes early to settle into the heat and prepare your body. Bring water, a mat, and a towel, and make sure to hydrate well before and after class. Choose clothing that allows free movement. Focus on the quality of your movements over the speed, and allow the heat to support deeper engagement with each exercise.
