The studio is heated to a temperature ranging from 32–40°C, with humidity levels adjusted to mimic a warm, tropical environment. This heat helps muscles warm faster, supporting deeper and safer stretches. It increases circulation and opens the respiratory system, promoting deeper breathing while fuelling stamina and endurance. You’re guaranteed to sweat, which promotes detoxification, leaving you feeling lighter and clearer.
