Alice is a movement artist and teacher with a lifelong connection to rhythm, breath, and the body. Drawing on her background as an international performer, choreographer, and movement director, she brings creativity and embodied awareness to every class. A natural instructor, Alice teaches yoga, fitness, dance, and experiential anatomy.
After overcoming a serious illness in her teens, she became passionate about making movement accessible to all. Her classes are energising and expressive, blending strength and mindfulness to help students move with confidence, curiosity, and self-discovery.
