Lisa is a former professional dancer who now teaches Pilates, yoga, breathwork, and meditation. After a back injury ended her dance career in 1995, she developed a deep understanding of the body’s resilience and intelligence in healing through mindful movement. Over the past 30 years, Pilates and yoga have helped her maintain strength, flexibility, and balance while caring for her joints.

A certified Body Control Pilates Mat and Reformer teacher, Lisa has also completed advanced trainings in Yin, breathwork, and meditation. Her classes are welcoming and light-hearted, combining precise alignment with playfulness to help students connect body, mind, and spirit.
