Frequently Asked Questions

  • What Should I Bring to Class?

    You’re welcome to bring your yoga mat, water, a towel, locker padlock and comfortable clothes you can move and sweat in. Our wellness retail also has everything you need available to purchase or rent, from water and snacks to locks, mats and and towels. 

  • Are all the classes heated?

    Yes. Most classes are heated between 32–40°C, to promote deep breathing, flexibility, circulation, and detoxification.

  • I'm new to hot yoga, can I still join?

    Absolutely. Sahna is for every body, and no experience is required. Teachers offer clear cues and modifications so you can practise at your own pace.

  • Are classes accessible for all bodies and abilities?

    We do our best to make hot yoga accessible for all.  Our teachers are trained to offer modifications and support so every yogi can participate safely. If you have an injury, condition, or accessibility need, let us know before class and we’ll help you find the right approach. The minimum age to attend class is 16 years old.

  • When should I arrive for class?

    We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before class begins. Doors close promptly at start time to keep the class focused and uninterrupted.

  • What if I need to cancel my class or membership?

    If you are unable to make a class you can cancel directly through our booking system. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before class will be credited back to your account. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a cancellation fee. Any changes to your membership packages can be made by reaching out to the studio directly at studio@sahnayoga.com  

  • Do you have showers and changing rooms?

    Yes. Our studio is equipped with showers, changing areas, and lockers for your belongings. You can either bring your own padlock or purchase one from us. 

  • What are my membership and pricing options?

    We offer drop-ins, class cards, unlimited memberships and a special introductory offer for new yogis. Visit our memberships page for more details. Please note Sahna is a cashless studio.
